Description |
This is a wooden masculine figurine sitting and holding a pole. The figure wears a sideways cap and overalls. The pole is broken but might have been a fishing pole. The base is round and covered with green felt on the bottom. This piece is attributed to Tom Brown of Pleasant Hill, Tennessee due to similar motifs and carving style. It was likely bought at the same time as pieces 1992.011.007, 1992.011.008, and 1992.011.009, and two of those have his initials. |
