This stone carving depicts two standing figures. Both figures are facing toward a tree on the viewer's right, and the closer figure, who is feminine in depiction, is reaching up toward the tree. Based on the title of this piece, "Adam and Eve in the Garden," it is presumed that this carving depicts Adam and Eve while in the Garden of Eden. |
